Financing Agreement using the IP Business Valuation Report

A local bank in Shinshu announced that it would provide a loan to a local machine manufacturer using the IP Business Valuation Report. The company provided a 300-million-yen loan by utilizing the JPO’s system to objectively assess
the market value of intellectual property such as patents. We are proud to see the valuation report in which our firm was involved in led to a successful outcome.

Loan Agreement using the IP Business Valuation Report

A local bank in Kyushu has signed a loan agreement with a construction company, using the IP Business Valuation Report, a system of the Japan Patent Office, as a basis for its financing decision. The amount of the loan agreement is 30 million yen, and the loan was apparently granted in the latter half of December last year. We were proud to see the IP Business Valuation Report that our firm was involved in resulted in a successful outcome. It was worth the trip to Kyushu to hear their story.
